Automated Merge, Dedup, and Export

One command runs the full pipeline: aggregate sources, resolve conflicts, dedup, score confidence, classify priorities, and export in CRM-ready formats.

Domain-Centric Merge

All records grouped by Official_Domain. Per-domain dedup using domain + email identity keys. No duplicate companies in output.

5-Sheet Excel

Sheet 1: HIGH (green). Sheet 2: MEDIUM (blue). Sheet 3: LOW (yellow). Sheet 4: SKIP (red). Sheet 5: Summary statistics.

CRM CSV Export

Standardized column names mapped to CRM fields. Ready for direct import into Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

Confidence Scoring

0-100 per record: source reliability (+30), domain match (+20), structured email (+15), corporate email (+10).

Column Mapping

Auto-maps enrichment columns to CRM standard fields. Warns on unrecognized columns for manual review.

Incremental Sync

Resume-aware. New enrichment data merges with existing output without losing previous results.

Each stage processes data sequentially with full checkpoint/resume capability.
