Lead lists, company data, and contact information you upload for enrichment are processed and stored in per-tenant isolated databases.

Data We Generate

Through our enrichment pipeline, we generate intelligence from publicly available web sources: company websites, DNS records, social media profiles, and public registries. This data is sourced exclusively from the open web.

Usage Data

We collect usage analytics: API calls, pipeline executions, feature usage, and performance metrics. This data helps us improve the platform.

3. Data Sources & Ethical Scraping

All B2B intelligence data is sourced from publicly available web pages. We follow ethical scraping practices:

Human-like request delays (2-5 seconds between requests)
Maximum 10 concurrent connections per IP address
User agent rotation and respectful rate limiting
Compliance with robots.txt directives
No scraping of authenticated, password-protected, or private content
CAPTCHA detection triggers immediate stop and manual review flag

4. Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures:

AES-256 encryption for data at rest
TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
Fernet + PBKDF2 encrypted credential vault for API keys and OAuth tokens
Per-tenant database isolation (separate SQLite databases)
Complete audit logging with IP address and timestamp
Regular security testing and vulnerability scanning

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or uploaded lead lists. We share data only:

With service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery)
When required by law, legal process, or government request
With your explicit consent

6. Data Retention

Enrichment data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, all data is purged within 90 days. Audit logs are retained for 2 years per compliance requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in machine-readable format
