AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, Fernet+PBKDF2 credential vault, per-tenant database isolation, and complete audit logging. Your data is encrypted, isolated, and tracked.
What We Collect
We collect data you provide (account info, lead lists), data from public sources (company websites, DNS records, social profiles), and usage analytics. We never scrape private or authenticated pages.
Ethical Data Sourcing
All B2B intelligence is sourced from publicly available web pages. We respect robots.txt, use human-like delays, rate-limit requests, and never access password-protected content.
Regulatory Compliance
LeadsLogix maintains compliance with GDPR (EU), CAN-SPAM (US), CCPA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada). We process data under legitimate interest for B2B prospecting.
Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. Data subject requests are processed within 30 days. Contact privacy@leadslogix.com for any privacy-related requests.
Data Retention
Enrichment data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Deleted account data is purged within 90 days. Audit logs are retained for 2 years per compliance requirements.
