Our GDPR Framework
Lawful Basis
We process B2B contact data under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for direct marketing purposes. Data subjects can object at any time.
Data Minimization
We collect only data necessary for B2B sales intelligence: company information, professional contact details, and publicly available business data.
Security Measures
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-tenant isolation, credential vault, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
International Transfers
Data transfers outside the EEA use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Data Subject Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights. All requests processed within 30 days.
Data Retention
Enrichment data retained during active subscription. Deleted within 90 days of account closure. Audit logs retained 2 years.
