Merge records using Official_Domain + Email as identity keys. Priority scoring: event exhibitor (100) > directory (90) > registry (80) > search (70).

0-100 weighted score: Source Reliability +30, Domain Match +20, Structured Email +15, Corporate Email +10, verification signals +25.

14-Rule Junk Removal

Remove navigation text, UI elements, social handles misidentified as names, generic emails, placeholder contacts, and low-confidence entries.

Entity Resolution

Fuzzy dedup across sources. Match variations of company names, resolve parent/subsidiary relationships, merge duplicate contacts.

5-sheet color-coded Excel with priority tiers (HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW/SKIP) plus flat CRM CSV. Ready for Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

14-Rule Junk Removal

Web scraping captures noise: navigation text, UI elements, placeholder names, and generic addresses. These 14 rules clean it all automatically.

3Strip UI elements (buttons, links) captured as titles
4Remove generic emails (info@, admin@, noreply@)
5Filter hosting provider contacts (hosting@gabia.com)

7Strip contacts from bad domains (dnb.com, alibaba.com, etc.)
8Filter role-based addresses below confidence threshold
9Remove duplicate contacts across enrichment sources
10Strip contacts with no email AND no phone AND no LinkedIn
11Filter non-person entries (department names, job postings)
12Remove contacts with confidence score below minimum
13Strip entries where name matches company name exactly
14Filter contacts from social/skip domains
